Pekanbaru (Dreamland Library) - Mayor of Medan Level II Regional Head issued Decree No.74 dated February 14, 1973 so that the Medan City History Compilation Committee continued its activities to obtain more perfect results.
Based on the formulation carried out by the Medan Anniversary Special Committee chaired by M.A.Harahap in March 1975 that July 1, 1590 was the anniversary of the city of Medan and as its foundation was the establishment of the Ten Ten Two Kuta in the Medan Area.
